**Please Note: Due to the handmade nature of our products, variations in design, size, and color may occur.

If you are not completely satisfied with the item you have purchased please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via email or phone prior to shipment back in original condition and packaging and we'll give you a refund minus shipping round trip and a 15%  restocking fee. It is mandatory that you receive the authorization by contacting us before the item is sent back. We will not accept returns without prior authorization.

CLAIMS

We make sure to handle your product with care, but in the rare event that your shipment should arrive damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. You must retain the packaging for inspection by the shipping company. Failure to comply with these requirements will void any claim you may present for damage.

Don’t like your product? No problem! You may return an item if you are not satisfied. You have 7 days to return an item from the date that you placed the order. After 7 days we do not offer returns and all sales are final. Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, unless the product has been damaged or broken during the shipping process. We also have a  15%  restocking fee per item on returns. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We cannot accept items that have been washed or used. PLEASE NOTE, THAT ALL SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.

[Only under rare circumstances will we consider refunding returns up to 30 days after purchase. ]

We do not offer returns on the following items:

Refunds

You can cancel your order before we process it. There is usually about a 3-4 hour window after the order is placed that we can cancel it. If you would like to see if we can cancel your order before it is processed and shipped, please contact us at support@thecozythrow.com and we will see if we can catch it.

Please allow up to 5 business days for us to inspect and process your return. We will notify you by email once we have processed your return.

If your refund has been accepted, then a credit will be applied to your credit card (original payment method) minus the shipping cost. Allow 1-2 weeks for the refunded items to show up on your statement. If you no longer have your original payment method, then we can issue you a gift card with store credit.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@thecozythrow.com.
