WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?

It takes 1 to 3 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! 

Most orders are processed and leave the warehouse within 3-5 business days after receipt of payment. 

Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, estimated delivery time is between 7 to 10 business days. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times. 

You will be able to track your order using the tracking link that will be sent to your email after we process and ship your order.

Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. The Cozy Throw will not be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address.

In some cases, international shipments will require import/customs taxes be paid. These will be the responsibility of the buyer under ALL CIRCUMSTANCES.

WHEN WILL MY ITEMS ARRIVE?

Items being shipped out of our Connecticut (USA) warehouse will arrive between 3-7 business days. 

WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?

Our primary warehouse is in Connecticut (USA).

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

Yes, we do ship internationally

WHY DON'T I SEE THE SAME DEAL ON YOUR WEBSITE THAT I SEE ADVERTISED ON FACEBOOK?

Even after we stop our Facebook advertisements, those posts are still shared and liked by our fans. We can't stop this since it's the way Facebook works. 

HOW DO YOU DETERMINE YOUR "COMPARED TO" PRICES?

We get these prices from our wholesalers or from competitor analysis.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER BEFORE IT SHIPS?

Orders may be canceled if they have not been processed and shipped. After they have been processed they may not be canceled.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT? 

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) Amazon and PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, debit card payments, or cash on delivery.

WHAT IF I TYPE IN THE WRONG EMAIL ADDRESS? 

Please contact us at support@thecozythrow.com so we can change your email address. We can change your email address, name, and address but we cannot change your order.
